Even walking (more than 2 miles) is hard. I have found that basic yoga, engaging my core around the house, while I'm driving, sitting, etc. is helping tremendously. And making me exhausted. :(<br /><br />Nine days until I go back to work... secretly I'm really scared the work load will be too much. But I suppose I'll never know until I'm back and in full swing. I just keep thinking I only need to last about 2 weeks, by then it will be mostly packages which are easy peasy for me.
